Avast One Firewall will not turn on and show APPs

I am using the latest version of Avast one free version. When I turn on the firewall it does  not show any apps and if I close and reopen it is the firewall is turned off.
I have turned off windows defender and Avast firewall still does not work . That means it is always turned of when I select firwall in Avast one
How do I get Avast one firewalll to work??

I removed Avast one from my PC and reinstalled it. It now can see my network but all apps installed on my PC do not show in the All apps list in the fiorewall.
How can I block an instslled app with the firewall that doesn't show on the all apps list??

Hi,

If the app would access the internet then it should appear in the list. Please check the name as it appears in "Apps and Features" and share it with us.
