Software for cleaning of computers
« on: August 17, 2007, 07:35:24 PM »
I have Windows Vista installed on my PC. What would be the best software to buy to clean and speed up my PC? I need the best registry cleaner available. Though there are many freebies offered, I am willing to pay for the best one for my pc. Can anyone suggest me the best program available for the purpose?

TuneUp Utilities would get my vote.

Advanced WindowsCare (http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html)
Sorry, it's free. The Professional version is automated and worth a try.

I need the best registry cleaner available.
Wise Registry Cleaner (http://www.wisecleaner.com/) but I'm not sure it is Vista compatible (yet). Again, free.

Beware!

This looks like a spam set-up.

New user posts apparently innocent question and other user posts spam links.

Looks like the second user didn't get round to posting the spam link in this case, but watch out for these tactics in the future!

I've come across a very nice system suite called "Glary Utilities".
It's free and works extremelly well with Vista. Nice tools too, without unnecessary bloated junk :)

Feel the same. Works on Vista and XP as well.
