Copy to new PC - Open a specific page or set of pages
« on: November 15, 2021, 07:01:59 PM »
I just upgraded my PC to a new system.  All my bookmarks moved just fine, however I have a number of pages on the old PC set up with "Open a specific page or set of pages" and none of those moved over.  Is there a way to do this, or do I need to manually add each page again?

Thank you!

If the browser is used on more than on device, make sure sync is turned on.
Under settings, You and Avast, is sync turned on?
Doesn't help your current situation but should help in the future.

I think I did set up sync, which is how the bookmarks moved to the new PC (I think).

When you install the browser, you are asked to import your bookmarks and select from which browser to import them.
That has nothing to do with syncing your settings.

I used a product from Easeus, PCTrans to move programs and settings from old PC to new PC

It can't back up what's stored on-line by your browser.

Hi, we cannot guarantee that a 3rd party product set it up correctly. I think the fastest way now is to do it manually in browser settings if this is the only thing missing.
