Does these antivirus can detect any spyware,adware and others malware?Because i'm finding others antispyware software.Can anyone reply me?plz help me....

Not a software is complete or perfect.
avast has great antispyware detection rates but it is an antivirus.
I suggest you use, side-by-side with avast, AVG Antispyware, SUPERantispyware, Spyware Terminator and/or a-squared (take care about false positives).
Also, anti-rootkit applications, like AVG or Panda[/urBlackLight.
