Who is Hong Kong Bouffalo Lab Limited?

We recently did a scan on our network and found 3 UNKNOWN devices labeled Hong Kong Bouffalo Lab Limited (yes Buffalo was spelled that way).
Who are they?
Should we get rid of them?
If yes, how do we do that?
