how to suspend avast?

At one time I saw a menu that allowed one to suspend avast for a period of time (10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.). 
This is helpful to test if avast is causing a problem.
BUT, I cannot now find that menu -- please tell me how to get to it.

Right click the Avast Tray Icon > select > Avast shield's control > Disable for 10 minutes.
