Unexpected Website Blocked

Avast Blocks me from downloading OneDrive from Microsoft's website.

The URL is:

Sent a false positive report a couple of days ago and got a reply yesterday saying,

This is an official download link from Microsoft. So I'm really surprised to get a reply that Avast really consider this site dangerous.
Can anyone explain what's wrong with it? Other AVs are not detecting it.
