Reset win10 and now no network at all.
« on: December 03, 2021, 12:55:19 AM »
I had a virus on my community laptop and I decided to just reset it through win10.

After recovery, I updated it to 21H2, iirc, then when it recovered I couldn't connect to wifi, bluetooth, nor ethernet.

Troubleshooter says no wireless service.  I copy the AMD chipset drivers for my Ryzen 5800X and B550-F motherboard and still no internet.

so, how do I get internet back?

Is it possible to reinstall wireless services and others to get my internet back?

EDIT--------------

I tried to install malwarebytes, but it aborts saying I need internet.

EDIT2---------

I was able to run FRST, even though it errored on updating.  Attached both files
