Where has Application Rules Cleanup option gone?

Hi all,
I am running this newish version of Avast P/S ver: 21.10.2498.
I have uninstalled several programs from my PC and also run CCleaner,
And rebooted the PC the following day.
I see in Avast: Settings>protection>Firewall>View Firewall Rules>Application Rules.
There are Programs that I deleted the other day in the application Rule list.
The previous version of Avast before they changed the GUI, had an option to do a cleanup.
I can not find it in this version.
Can someone tell me where the cleanup option is in the version.

So, the manual clean-up has been removed?
More and more options are been removed from
Avast in the name of making it a simpler product to use.
As far as I am concerned, the software engineers are destroying what was a good product.
