Customer Services not working

So 2 of my avast products auto-renewed when I thought I had cancelled them, but there seems to be no way to contact Avast about a refund. I tried using the website to request a refund but the chat function doesn't work, it just doesn't load properly, no error message. So I tried using the 24/7 tech support feature in the desktop app but I get an "error, not available" message. I'm posting here because I would like a refund on these two products but have no way to contact customer support, can anyone help me out here?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I can't call because I moved overseas

If the chat function does not work for you, please open your browser in "incognito mode" or try a different browser.
You can also send an email via https://support.avast.com/en-nz/contact/sales_other_general
