Hi!
When windows and avast are started – this window appear (file 1)

I watch processes and see (file 2 and file 3):

So, Avast want me to connect to  10.35.4.172
I don’t know how to do it. And without it I can’t update my program!!! I don't understand what does it mean!!!
Help!!! What happened? ???

are you sure, that avast is responsible for the connection attempt? i can't see any sesne in connecting to 10.*.*.*, cause it is a reserved IP range.. can you use tools like tcpview or tdimon (from sysinternals -> microsoft) to log the tcp activity on your machine?

I have solved the problem!! I had not correct parametrs of connecting to internet... I put - "I have the strait connection" (without proxy...) and now everything is OK!
Thank you!

Hmmm... If the first 'problem' doesn't seem to be related, the second 'solution' shouldn't be the one for proxy & non-proxy connection... It's weird.
