this happens also with free avg.
brave folks say it is not their fault.

time for avast to say the same cos nobody know what to do anymore

It seems given webpage uses HTTPS connection which has an expired certificate. It's not much you can do about other than talk to Brave browser developers (URL seems to be from Brave). Only they can address this issue as it's issue on their end if certificate is expired on their servers.

The issue is in the expired certificate.

All avast does is tryig to protect you from a possible danger.

Because, in general, visiting sites with expired certificates might result in your computer getting infected by viruses, etc.

Almost any good and non-malicious site makes sure to have proper certificates these days, unless they are being lazy.

If you want to accept the dangers of visiting a site with an expired certificate, you can try adding that site to global exceptions in avast.

By the way, I tried opening that url from your screenshot: https://p3a.brave.com/

And it doesn't even work right now.
Here, I checked it even by this site: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

And it said that that url is down currently.

i use lots of other forums that work just fine without needing to read obscure letters
