Unsuscribe from free trial

Help. I need to unsubscribe from the free trial, the thing is that I had to reset my windows and I no longer have the ID number or the email that I used to suscribe. That`s because it was a random email I just created days before I accepted the free trial and I don`t have it anymore. I only have my credit card number that I used to register the free trial. I know it`s sketchy but I don`t have the premium service anymore since I reset my windows and I don`t want to be charged when the free trial ends.

But to register in the 60 days free trial you have to enter your credit card number and then if you don´t want to continue after the 60 days period you have to unsuscribe. Otherwise it will automatically charge you with the anual fee. That`s my problem, I don`t even have the premium service anymore after it was erased during the windows reset.
