online content is unavailable

When i click on menu, i get  The online Content is unavailable, please check your internet connection etc..yet i can access the help online no problems, can add browser extensions etc...i renewed my subs a month ago ...it now tells me my subscription has expired, and  cannot  enter in my activation code as it keeps telling me my internet connection is unavailable. Nothing i do changes this..Have uninstalled and installed again, same issue..any ideas please?
