The CAPS lock key is on the left of your keyboard, using all caps is considered shouting and it also makes it harder to read, thanks.
Where are you trying to download it from ?
How are you trying to download it (see below).
Are you saving the file to your hard disk first or are you trying to download and install in one operation ?
Are you using a download manager (if so what) ?
You then mention trying to download Updates, this you wouldn't have to do if the program was installed, so why the need to download avast setup ?
