Hi, this generally means that Avast Antivirus could not scan a file because it was restricted in some way or perhaps moved. You can look in the reports folder in Full Virus Scan.txt to see if there is more information. If you cant locate this file, ensure that you select the option "Generate report file" in Menu > Settings > Protection > Virus Scans > Full Virus Scan > Generate report file
