Your log is ok... it's becoming difficult each step... I'm not being able to imagine what is wrong...
If you go Start Menu > Mozilla Firefox > Firefox (Safe Mode)
will is start Firefox?

when i click firefox or IE or opera...the sand clock comes and then nothing happens...if i go and check in the Task Manager firefox.exe, iexplore.exe and opera.exe will be running....but i'm not able to see any of the windows.....

but i dint try firefox safe mode...oh my god...!! if i want to try that now..i've to again install, try that and uninstall the software...but IE also not coming na....(at present i'm browsing with you in firefox only...)

All the browsers are working for a lot of users, millions.
Your computer has something different, I'm just trying to think what is it...

About Firefox (Safe Mode), you don't have to install it again. It's a link on the Start Menu, it's already there when you've installed Firefox.

hey...my Avast is now uninstalled...thats why i'm able to reply you through firefox...i said i have to install Avast to check whether firefox safe mode is working or not....

ya..i know it is working for millions of people...thats why i came to this techincal support forum looking for any solutions...

just a direct connection to internet...no proxy settings...if i install Avast i change that according to that...but i have to do that before installing avast because after installing i cant even open the IE window...so i'll not be able to configure the settings....

You can always open Control Panel and then select Internet Options.
From there select your Connection settings.
If your using cable internet connection, your settings should be the same
as shown in the pix.
