URL SPAM

Hi everyone,
I keep receiving notification of a spam url called viixie.com even if I've never been to this website.
Sometimes Avast also alerts me about a download from the same website.

I get the same notifications everytime I start my pc and I've been getting them for a while now.

How can I solve this problem?
