CrystalXP.net Bricopack Refresh,exe False Positive?

I have today got a virus detected warning on a program that came with crystalXXP.net's Vista Inspirat Bricopack program, refresh,exe.  The virus was Win32:Trojan[gen}.  My Avast! is fully up to date.  The bricopack program has been installed for about a year and I have scanned many times before and nothing has ever shown up.  I think it is very unlikely that I have installed anything that could have infected my machine.  I do not have e-mail on the computer in question.  Is this likely to be a false positive?  I am in the process of doing a boot time scan.

Can you please send the mentioned file to virus@avast.com, preferably packed with ZIP or RAR with a password, and with something like "False positive" as the subject?

I just sent it, as requested zipped up.  I also renamed the executable with the suffic "maybe virus".

Just for the record (in case it helps) I have Avast 4.7.1074 VPS 071113-1.  Running Win XP Pro, updated as of last night with all security etc. patches.
