infected with Win32:BHO-KD [Trj]

ok i found out yesterday i was infected from avast, avast was unable to delete the virus so i downloaded SUPERAntiSpyware- i ran the scan and it showed up said it was deleted, but once i rebooted avast popped back up saying  it was still there, so then i downloaded the hijacker thing and ran the system scan and got this logfile........ what do i do next? plz help heres the logfile

To get out of this i would like you to recommend the following,

    1. Disable system restore from My computer --> Properties.
    2. Open Avast ! anti-virus and under setting menu you will find Schedule Boot Time Scan option.
    3. Then under that popup window tick mark the option of Scan Archieves.
    4. Click on Schedule and restart the machine on the request of the software.
    5. Let the scanning finish and wait for the result. But do not forget to Disable the System Restore !!!

k i disabled system restore and ran the boot time scan when i did it the first time it found nothing so it booted up my computer once computer was on it found the virus so it prompted me to do the boot scan during the 2nd boot scan it found the virus and asked it i would like to delete,move,or repair i tried to do everything and it kept telling me access denied so i was forced to ignore it now what do i do? please help

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
