Avast saying some apps contain malware
« on: January 22, 2022, 11:02:59 AM »
I noticed this morning that one of my apps had disappeared. I tried reinstalling from the play store and it said that this app contains malware and is recommended to uninstall. It says malware detected APK: RepMalware (Trj).

It's a genuine app Gopuff I work for them and know it's fine. I have avast free security so it ran a scan and picked up that the Argos app I have contains malware. I've had that app for ages and it's never picked it up before. Could it just be a false positive or is it possible some malware has gotten in to my phone and is getting in to apps or something? Not really sure what to do
