Only encryption algorithms based on factorization principles are vulnerable.
Or when information has been leaked Quantum Computing will render faster results, warns NSA.

Or when your encryptioned key data has been leaked or anti-brute-force detection was not being observed.

Fear-mongering for the greater part, as 1-throthling and a 5 trial-perma-ban will still protect you.
