False Positive Detected by Avast Antivirus on Android
« on: January 22, 2022, 09:09:33 AM »
My Android app, Simply Auto, has started showing up as a malware on my users phones since yesterday. This is only showing up in AVG and Avast antivirus. There is no malware in the app. I have not added any new permissions or libraries. Thee link to my app is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mrigapps.andriod.fuelcons

I have already submitted my request here https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php with the Play Store link to my app. The app won't let me submit a false positive. It always says 'Upload of report failed'.

Please address this issue urgently. It is affecting our business. There has to a mail or something from your end before you push out our apps in your  database. This is not done.
