Avast Premium Problems

Why is it that I have Avast Premium but when I hit the resolve button to  it says I need to purchase Avast Premium to clear up the scan findings?

It rather depends on what needs to be resolved ?

It may be a function not included in the Avast Premium product.

This though is seen more in the Avast Free product as an inducement to purchase additional paid products.

Presumably this is after you ran a Smart Scan (or was it something else) ?
