Screen flash between pictures in Themes
« on: January 21, 2022, 08:19:51 PM »
Since installing Driver Updater and running it I have screen flashes when I change to the next background pic in Windows 11 themes. It didn't do this before, but I don't know what else it could be .... any input would be appreciated!!!

Hello,

First of all let me sincerely apologize for all troubles associated with usage of our product.
We really try to make the product better but there are still cases when a wrong driver is installed and then it causes such issues.

In order to revert a potentially malfunctioning driver please follow the FAQ article here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/179/

Please let me know if it helped you or not and we can take it from there.

Thank you.

Hi,

Can you please try https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Troubleshoot-Driver-Updater/
Although, it seems to be a Windows issue - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-screen-flickers-when-changing-wallpaper/3647959d-6e3e-47a9-9ff1-de6fbf2f18c5
Can you also try to turn off Accessibility >Animation Effects?
