Can not stop using VPN on Mac

The VPN connection will restart itself even though I did not choose to use it.
In setting I said DO NOT start with computer, but it does.
I said do stat manual but it start automatically.
WTF is going on and how do I stop this piece of crab...
And then the capcha below... what a crab...
And chat not working... what a crab...
You guys need to work on your OPERATIONS... fire the guy in charge!

If so, please try to reinstall Avast SecureLine.

I did all what is described and AS SAID all settings are off... I will deinstall the software but surely not install in again!
