How To Use Bart CD?

I Just now put the Bart CD Program on a CD(DVD) What do i do next I'm clueless?/?

You'll need to boot from that CD(DVD).
Bart CD will load automatically from it. There is help files in each application of BART CD.
It will be good a manual (pdf), but I think it does not exist.
