I have a number of computers at home and use one as a personal server for my family. It's far from business capable but it is setup to be my backup server (XP Pro with IIS, etc.) in case my externally hosted business server goes down.
The change over would require redirects so the home server is not 'business active'.
Would this require a commercial license?
