Remote connection problem

I have two computers at home. I am sharing files between the two in local network. Avast pro installed on my laptop. When I try to connect to my laptop from my desktop computer, a remote access attack is blocked message appears.

 However, I had allowed the IP of my desktop computer through

Avast. But I have faced the same problem thousands of times. How do I solve this? It has become a torture.
