Program does not show up in firewall list ?

Info:
Avast Premium Security ver 22.1.2504 (build 6921.709)
UI ver: 1.0.692

I have a program that is starting and it is going onto the internet
And doing stuff I don’t want it to do.
I can confirm it definitely is going online as I have Glasswire installed on my machine.
I can visibly see it is accessing the internet!

The above said program does not appear in the firewall settings.
Protection>Firewall>SHOW INACTIVE APPS
Even after running it does not show up in the list?

So, can someone please tell me how I can add it to the BLOCKED listing.
