Website Got Blocked By False - Users Are Facing Issue
« on: November 30, 2021, 10:59:59 AM »
Hey

Our website ambcrypto.com got blocked by your web shield, we got the message from our users that they are unable to open our website. We have checked from our side and it seems like everything is fine and clear. I have also submitted the report for the "Positive False" but haven't heard back from them.

Let me know what should we do?

I use Avast and I have to disable Avast shields in order to logon to https://crypto.com/exchange which is a major crypto exchange.
Classed as Phishing which sounds a bit over zealous.

I also get an error on a different website which is also a safe website.  I need to turn down the sensitivity a bit as habitual disabling isn't very secure either.

Pleas break active links to suspect sites as I have in your quote.

Define safe, what is safe yesterday could be infected today.

Considered a Low Security Risk here - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/crypto.com/exchange - but some hardening improvements listed.
