Avast keeps warning "URL:Mal" was blocked while using Chrome

Hello, and thanks in advance for your help and expertise. I recently installed Avast on my Macbook Air running MacOS Catalina. Every once in awhile when using my browser, GooGle Chrome, I get a popup warning from Avast that URL:Mal was blocked, and something about trying to reach doubleverify.com. It generally happens several times in a matter of minutes, and then won't happen for awhile. I updated Chrome to the latest version and it's still happening.

I attempted to follow all the instructions on https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0, but several applications didn't apply, since I'm on a Mac. I was able to download and run Malwarebytes, and the scan turned up no threats. Same with Avast. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
