Why the Stantard Scanner block it? Is it infected (or at least it is a false positive)?
You have Exclusion lists on PC version. I think there are in server version too.

No the file is not enfected.
But the .bat files runs a script, and i guess avast does not like it.

Can you give me any clues where the exclusion list may be, becuase I have looked and cannot find anything like this. - Might just be me though!

What's the exact name of the reported malware (in both files)?

Follow Igor's advices first.
On PC version, the Exclusion lists are:

For the Standard Shield provider (on-access scanning):
Left click the 'a' blue icon, click on the provider icon at left and then Customize.
Go to Advanced tab and click on Add button...

For the other providers (on-demand scanning such as the screen-saver or the Simple User Interface):
Right click the 'a' blue icon, click Program Settings.
Go to Exclusions tab and click on Add button...

You can use wildcards like * and ?.
But be careful, you should 'exclude' that many files that let your system in danger.

Its Evolutions.exe
(Its an MMORPG called Tibia. - You can create and host your own servers for it.)

Runs as a script using XML and .bat files!
