Avast Premium Clean up problem

Mac--I use all aspects of Avast Premium...No problems until I use clean up.I start it and it finds clutter etc.Then when I hit the Clean button it gives me a message that there is no internet connection...I have full connection on everything else....No biggie for I have C Cleaner which is an excellent program.But I paid for the best and expect the best..Thank you.

Could you please share with me some more details about your cleaning issue? A screenshot of the error message that you see when you try to clean your Mac would be greatly appreciated. Also, please let me know if you are able to proceed with cleaning when you dismiss this error message.
