error: Avast AntiTrack needs to restart

Avast AntiTrack gives an error when trying to start after installation. The error is "Avast AntiTrack needs to restart. Press OK then re-open Avast Antitrack after Close".
The error persists even when I try to restart the application. I have also tried to restart the PC, reinstall the application, but same error occurs.

Any advice on how to overcome the issue?
