« on: March 18, 2022, 06:50:57 PM »
usually I use the site ballroomdancers.com the is a instructional website.
The video are blocked .... if I switch off Avast premium the video are unblocked ...... it seems that avast is filtering the stream videos that I can see with other computers or with android phones
I don't find where to give permission to the website.
If I don't succeed in that I'll cancel the subscription.
can anyone help me?
thanks

Well to start with I can connect to the site.

That said viewing the first page makes me very dubious as to the purpose of the site as the discussions are money making/scam related.

So I won't try to download or view any videos.

Switching off the whole program, is a sledgehammer to crack a nut and leaves you completely unprotected, disabling the web shield might allow the download/view, but even that isn't without risk.

Some hardening improvements suggested here - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/ballroomdancers.com
Outdated software reported - https://awesometechstack.com/analysis/website/ballroomdancers.com/ - this can leave it at risk of hacking.
One detection reported here not Avast (as it doesn't do this scan on virus total - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/4271b2cb1c695de13c22cf1d2d54dccb9adcbef204e1ee3e982a402e6c5a7675?nocache=1

Edit: I relented and started one of the videos and Avast didn't block it.
