Extend license early pop up

Hi,
Whenever I start my PC, I get this pop up showing on my desktop informing me that I could save some money of I extend my license now, prior to the license end date.
However, I'm not interested in this pop up.
How do I turn this off so it does not show each time I turn on my PC?

You can disable the ads in the paid versions: Avast GUI -> Settings -> Personal Privacy
