Avast Free Antivirus causes problems after 38 minutes running

I have serious problems with all versions of Avast Free (incl. Beta version) since v21.0
The whole systems starts to stumble and freeze after 38 minutes and 8 seconds every time. I always realize it, when one of the Windows Sidebar Gadgets freezes at that time.
After that programs do not start anymore. Once I remember an error message from a "Programm Manager" or something like that.
Could it be the Desktop Gadgets themselves that cause these problems? I use DesktopGadgetsRevived-2.0 https://gadgetsrevived.com/download-sidebar/ with the gadgets by Igor Bushyn: https://windows10gadgets.pro/#gsc.tab=0
Has anybody experienced the same?

- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

I'm using Windows 10 Pro (x64) (10.0.19044.1620). The problem starts right after installing the whole system freshly without any other security software.
I have two other systems with Avast Free (Windows 11 and Windows 10 Home (both x64)) where this problem does not occur.

When I tried to uninstall Avast from my main system, I was told "Installation is already running". Could it be, that there is a Avast installation process running all the time in the background that disturbs the whole system?

Easy test, remove them and see if it helps.
