Does changing the sytem time zone affect Avast?
« on: April 04, 2022, 05:22:55 AM »
A month ago I upgraded my PC to Windows 11, and today my system time was wrong (one hour ahead). Then I realized that my system time zone was wrong (I did set it up incorrectly), and I immediately changed it to the correct time zone and disabled the "Adjust for Daylight Saving Time Automatically" option, which I don't need in my country. However, I would like to confirm with you guys if having installed Avast virus definitions while my system was using the wrong time / time zone settings affects Avast's protection/future virus definitions updates now that my system time is correct (one hour behind).

Thank you guys in advance for your help.
