convert premium security (pc) to mobile security premium (Android)

Someone asks me:
"Can we install ( convert ) avast premium security 1 device ( purchased for windows ) on an android device ( avast mobile security premium ) as long as we don't use it on windows ?"
(never used on windows)

I told him yes, but I would like to be sure
