Some time ago I got some support from both eM Client and Avast regarding trying to open my email. It was taking multiple clicks to get the mail open - not just 2.
It was determined that I needed the security certificate for eM Client [ (CA) Avast Web/Mail Shield Root ] for this to work properly. Yep, that made a huge difference! Now it's back to doing the same thing. It takes 5+ clicks for the system to open a single email. Does this certificate need to be updated?
Avast has been a couple of times since I imported this certificate. Please advise.
