Yes. It just says how to uninstall it. I'm afraid of uninstalling it and not being able to install it again.
Edit: It does say how to install it. I'm just afraid it will ask for a key or something that I didn't need I had to save. I'll give it a shot anyway.

When you install the program, you should be able to link it to your avast account.

I don't have any other security software installed; the Avast Premium was working fine until recently.

I got the live support and he turned on my scheduled maintenance and it worked once or twice and now it's back to "see results" instead of "run smart scan" when I click on the icon.

I went to live support again and it seems to be working for now.
When it says scan is finished see results, you have to view all the results and go to the very end until you get to the 'run smart scan' option.
