Avast Phishing - Threat Secured

I received an avast phishing popup when visiting a website I have visited 200 times before. "we've blocked the threat URL: Phishing on..." What would have caused this to popup? It was detected by web shield. I run a scan and then it finds nothing. I direct entered the web address. Does this mean my browser is infected? If so, what steps should I take?
