Latest update and major issues

Win 10 got really messed up and not much was working.
Made a rescue disk and uninstalled Avast in safe mode.
Restart and everything is back to normal.
Poor souls who don´t know how to fix this...

- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
