AVAST One Family won't link to my subscription

I have a new AVAST One Family subscription. I can't get AVAST to show my subscription after multiple installations and deletions of previous installations from my account, and add a device link. The rest of my family has had no issues. I had no problems with adding my phone. I feel it must be something on my new HP Pavillion, Windows 11 laptop interfering? I deleted the installed McAfee anti-virus after I purchased the computer. The AVAST One installation stalls at 49% and comes to an end. I then have to go into my installed apps, right-click, choose repair, before AVAST One Family is installed. At that point, I'm in a trial version, with no linking to my AVAST subscription.

Any suggestions would be helpful, as I can't figure it out.
