Intermittently on Win 10 Pro 64 w/ latest Chrome and Avast, a full CPU core is used constantly by the Avast process (per Task Mgr), during long uploads to Google Drive @100Mbps, when the upload is started by dragging and dropping a large file (i.e. >100MB) from File Explorer onto https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive in Chrome. Disabling Web Shield fixes the problem, sometimes indefinitely, but the problem can recur a few minutes after Web Shield is re-enabled while the upload is still in progress. Excepting https://drive.google.com/* didn't permanently fix the problem.

This looks similar to an earlier issue from 2020: https://forum.avast.com/?topic=243338.0
