I’m using avast security premium on my iPhone, but opted out from using the VPN connectivity, due to impact on battery. Despite unchecking the VPN always active setting, it seems to keep turning on each time my phone is restarted. I don’t want this. Ideally I would keep Wi-Fi protection VPN only when connected to Wi-Fi, unfortunately there is no such option. On mobile data it drains battery too hard, and I want to keep it off, and only connect manually when needed. The app doesn’t save this setting though. Please investigate.
