Avast threat secured popup from nowhere!!

Hi guys, i'm trying to help my anxiety reading some posts, but i find anything!
Basically i was surfing on chrome when suddently i received an avast warning from nowhere about urlblacklist. i closed , thinking it was nothing but in like 7 days i noticed it happen often even when im just on youtube!
I tried:
Boot scan with avast
Full scan with MalwareBytes
Reinstalling chrome and put it at default settings and fresh new install

I still get them sometimes, i beg you , help! I dont want to reset my pc cause i need it for working.. This is getting me alot of anxiety
