Will Silent Mode Stop Virus Alerts?

I turned on Silent Mode to stop getting the prompts to take actions that require the paid version. But I need to know that I will still get virus alerts, especially since I set the options to "Ask". Thanks.

Hi, this feature/setting is currently only avilable in paid versions.
