Network Changes from Trusted to Untrusted after reboot
« on: June 21, 2022, 06:15:02 PM »
We are currently on 22.4 (2699) build and we have users that are having their network profile change from Trusted to Untrusted after a reboot.  We can get it to change back to Trusted by unplugging the ethernet cable and plugging it back in.  This only happens to a few at a time.  We have ran Avast Clear and then reinstalled and that seems to work.  We have had a few pc's where the issue has returned.  Any one else seeing the same?

Hi Caves,

Could you please help us with the investigation by providing some data?

Please enable debug logging (Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Enable debug logging)
Reproduce the issue (switch to trusted profile, reboot and check FW profile changed to untrusted).

Create a support package (https://support.avast.com/en-eu/article/Submit-support-file) and post the ID here.

Thank you very much,
HK
